Tea Tips
So everyone knows how much GT rocks for weight loss but here are some others-
Red Bush/Roibos: actually contains a chemical which inhibits fat storage
Ginger: reduces bloating like a fucking champ.
Peppermint: Kills appetite
Lemon: helps relieve constipation. Low key natural laxative; especially with honey.

🍂 november rules 🍂
☁️ at least 2L of water a day
☁️ drink a full glass of water after waking up
☁️ get at least 8 hours’ sleep every night
☁️ stay under 800cals - the lower the better
☁️ work out for at least 10 mins every day
☁️ the first sunday, fast. the second sunday, eat 900cals to keep metabolism up and then repeat
☁️ prioritise fruit n veg
☁️ eat lots of protein & little sugar
☁️ drink!!! all the time!!! green tea, unsweetened tea/coffee, water (hot and cold - with lemon in)
☁️ wash your face daily
☁️ nails should be kept filed and/or painted at all times
☁️ brush your teeth, hair, shave - personal hygiene IS A MUST
☁️ make sure you’re always presentable
☁️ if u concentrate on work, you won’t remember you’re hungry
☁️ fast whenever possible (keep eating hours as small as possible eg 1-5)
☁️ lose at least 10lb by end of the month
